Roasted cauliflower with spices
Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- A teaspoon of sweet paprika, a pinch of hot paprika, 2 pinches of pepper, 2 pinches of turmeric, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of crushed cumin.
Wash and dry the cauliflower, separate it into florets. Blend the oil and spices to a smooth paste, then rub the cauliflower with the oil thoroughly. Put the vegetable on a baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes at 180C.
