Garlic sandwich spread

Ingredients:

  • 4 bulbs of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • A pinch of hot paprika

Preheat the oven to 200C, place the garlic on a baking tray, bake for about 20-30 minutes. Cool the garlic, peel off the skins. Transfer to a dish, add the salt, spices, lemon juice and oil. Blend it all into a smooth paste. Serve with bread as a starter or to accompany meat dishes and sauces.
