Pasta with string beans and bacon

Ingredients (2 servings):
•    150 g of string beans
•    150 g of raw smoked bacon
•    160 g of your favourite pasta
•    2 cloves of garlic
•    100 ml of 18% sweet cream
•    100 ml of pasta cooking water
•    40 g of parmesan type cheese
•    Salt and pepper
Pasta with string beans and bacon

Cook the pasta al dente in slightly salted water. Drain it, but keep 100 ml of the water.
Blanch the beans in water for 4 minutes, drain and cut into smaller pieces.
Cut the bacon into strips and brown them in a dry frying pan. Add the sliced garlic and the beans. Fry for 3 minutes.
Pour in the cream and the pasta cooking water. Add half of the finely grated cheese. Cook the sauce for 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Toss in the cooked pasta and heat until it combines with the sauce and absorbs some of it.
Serve the pasta sprinkled with the remaining parmesan cheese.
