Cottage cheese with radish and chives
Ingredients:
- Semi-fat cottage cheese 1 pack approx 200 g
- Plain yogurt approx. 150 g
- A bunch of radishes
- Half a bunch of chives
- Salt and pepper as required
Combine the cottage cheese with the yoghurt and whisk to a smooth paste. Add grated radishes and chopped chives. Add seasoning according to your preferences. Serve with brown bread.
